ÂIt is submitted that ÂI have been a member of LÂIC and my policy No is ********9. I am paying my installments regularly, however, I have not yet been received my original policy from LIC India ie Division office, Amravti. On inquiry, it has been stated that I have to submit some affidavit indemnity bond and other related documents on non judicial papers. Since initial stage LIC India has neither been issued me my original policy nor delivered to me. I have also checked from the local post office, who in turn denied of received the same from LIC India. Please look into the matter and issue me my original LIC policy forthwith or let me know from where the same is required to be collected. With kind regards. Expecting early reply on the matter.
