Dear sir/madam
I ordered a exam cd package from indiaexamcds.com on 13th NOV. 2012 vide tran no 3******** with amount rs 500 through internet banking from my icici bank account. as per the advertisement which is still saved in my email-id dhami_87@yahoo.co.in i will receive the package in next 4-5 days but it has been 15 days now and the exam of ibps will be held in next 10 days , for which i ordered that package.
I yet to receive that package and i tried to mail them many times to enquire about the order or ask them to me about the shipment no. but they didn't reply me. kindly help to trace my package or refund my money but more importantly to take a strict step against such a behaviour of this kind of company especially towards students.
