I have submitted a Claim of Mediclaim policy no.221605/48/10/97/586 for Rs.18,980/-on 31.01.11 as treatment of my son Love Khullar,but I am sorry to inform that till date I have not recd the claim amount. you are requested to see the matter & do the needfull payment to me as eary as possible.

Complainant's Goal: I want my claim amount of Rs.15980/-
