Novaria Home - Non receipt of an item ordered

Its more than one year that the consignment left on 07.02.2017 from airport to the destination country India and no details are uploaded in the tracking status and no delivery is made.

Innumerable e-mails have been sent to the seller Novaria Home. Only once the company gave vague reply with lame excuse.

The company has till now neither delivered the item nor refunded me money paid through credit card.
Please check the current status and if nothing is workable, kindly refund the amount paid by me, in full.

Kindly initiate enquiry and arrange tohave my money refunded, without any delay, whatsoever by the seller. Also issue cautionary notice about this company for the benefit of people. Black list them internationally.

The company has not disclosed its phone number on the website.

Of late, company's website appears to be invisible on internet.

Since long, company's product are not visible on Facebook as advertisements.

Something is fishy and needs complete interrogation.
