Dear Sir,
I was traveling from Kota to Indore on19/03/2011 by Ranthambore Express (12466) in AC Chair car (Coach No NW06152), my traveling ticket PNR No: 211 8217462 and seat no -54. My complaint is to SW railways for non maintenance and use of old scarp coach for passengers causes many problems.
I was walking through the passage towards toilet and my new trouser tear due to stuck in to open nut-bold of damaged seat no 22. I called T.S. of train MR. M.L. Meena and showed him my tear trouser, he called attendant and removed the open nut-bolts from damaged seat. I have also filed a complaint (Com-785 B) for the same.
My request is to authority to compensate my damage and remove old coaches and make travel comfortable for passengers.
