I have applied for new Debit Card against my SB A/c no. : 2********0000604 on 27-09-2013 but yet I have not received my card, my previous card was misplaced n I have blocked the same on 21-09-2013 request no. ********, I have contact my branch several times for the same but not getting any satisfactory response, kindly do the needful.
