my complaint is that I ordered this product to gift my friend on diwali. I requested the customer to make an urgent delivery of the product. They told me that they will try to deliver but my request was not obliged. Even the site is showing false status that the payment is not received. I had made payment at the time of ordering the product itself through my debit card so that delivery is not delayed due to payment. Every time I call customer care I tell them about the wrong status. They confirm their mistake and confirm that payment has been received by them but they do not rectify the mistake on the site. The product was not delivered on the date committed by them .ie. 27th October 2014. The site is showing false status that the product is ready for despatch from 28th October 2014 with a tracking no. Of the courier company but the customer care executive confirmed me that the product is not even despatched even on 29th October 2014. I am very upset with their customer service and I am feeling cheated. My money is blocked. I could not gift it to my friend on diwali. The worst thing is that they are not telling me that when I will get the product. Every time I call customer care they tell me to wait. I am really fed up with this.

I request you to kindly take an immediate action in this regard.
