As per Dish TV website i applied for DTH home delivery for Rs 1590 and paid on line n 18/10/2010 . The company respoded with a phone as well as mail and informed me of the money receipt and given me an order number:HO-18/10/10CAL-21440 Order Received: Oct 18, 2010Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 1590.00 and assured me that i will receive the dth at home in five days.
But i have not received my connection till date. I made numerous enquiries on phone as well as email to their customercare as well as their kolkatta centre, but the reply was prompt telling me to wait for 24 to 48 Hrs. After one month pursuation i started demanding my money back. Again their customer care as well as kolkata centre tells me that appropriate agency has been intimated and will get my money back in 24 to 48 Hrs. But till date they have neither given me DTH nor returned my money. kind help me to get my money back.

I support this complaint. This is not only case by DTH companey. They are booking online by saying saving than market price and after that no dilevery of DTH. This is a fraud.
Thank you Amar. But the fact is that i am in constant touch with the so called customer care of Dish TV.
They only tell me to wait for 48 HRs. I have been witing for more than 72 X 24 Hrs and still waiting.

At last i received refund cheque on 18/03/2011 ie exactly after 5months. Thanks to icomplaints.
