My name is VITHALA LAKSHMI NARASIMHA RAO, Retired Professor from Andhra University,Visakhapatnam. I took housing loan of Rs. 2 lakhs from LICHFL, Visakhapatnam,Andhra Pradesh in the year 1991 for purchase of flat. (Loan No: ********). Three policies were pledged against the loan. Monthly interest and the premiums for the pledged policies were paid by me regularly through our university. (Salary Savings scheme).I retired from university service in January,2012. Though all the policies are matured and the loan term is completed, LICHFL, Visakhapatnam failed to close the loan account and the problem is unresolved till today.I was representing this matter through my agent since last two years. I understand that some records are missing in the LIC office. It is causing lot of agony and hardship to me.I request you to direct the LICHFL,Visakhapatnam office to settle my claim immediately.
