This is regarding My Nokia E700 purchased on APR-2011, On June 2011 first problem arised (Battery not charging) and i visited my nearest service centre (HAPPY CREATIONS CALICUT) , They kept the handset for 50 days and after a long quarrel with them they solved the issue. Again in NOV 2011 some keys ( In touch screen) are not worked properly, same day i went again to them & they kept the handset for 3 days and told that the spare was ordered and will tke 15 days and a WARRANTY SPARE ENQUIERY Reciept also issued.
After around three weeks no proper reply from their side and i escalated to NOKIA on line customer desk.Again after two weeks i got a reply from NOKIA help desk that my spare was reached in store.I inquired with them and they told that it is still not dispatched.Again i contacted NOKIA , after that they ( HAPPY CREATIONS,CALICUT) contacted me , on same day i gave the handset and within 10 minutes they told that it is liquid damage and will not cover warranty .
If the problem is because of Liquid damage, why the service center people failed to detect the same in my first visit. They kept my handset for 3 or 4 days ,after thorough inspection they told the spare to be changed and is under warranty 7 out of stock now.
Even i inquired about the availability of spare they hesitated to give a clear picture , even i got a mail from NOKIA (20th Jan) no one from the particular service center informed me .Finally they simply returned my handset without giving any written proof ,even i got it only after demanding the same.
As i told you earlier i had to face very bad experience earlier with regard of service of same handset from them. (e mail proof attached)
As i informed i seeked legal aid and the case was under pending of Consumer forum,Calicut & the case was under final stage and one sitting was on 10th May 2012. On the previous day (9th May) morning i got a call from the disputant's advocate & he promised that the problem will be cleared at free of cost from local service centre itself.
On 10th morning i visited the centre and met Mrs. SANDHYA - Store Manager ,she told that it will take one day for repairing and need to keep handset there.I agreed, but i didn't received any updation from their side till 12th May 2012. Finally i visited the store on 12th afternoon ,at that time she told that i will have to pay an amount of Rs 5695, for replacing the touch screen part and battery as the problem occured is because of water entry. When I asked her to give it in written firstly she refused ,after a long argument she told that she can only issue a job sheet, I brought the handset back with a Job sheet No: 411465550/120512/53 dtd 12/May/2012.

Now i feels it was the planned movement from their side because the same handset was rejected to repair of water damage on 6 months back and i am in almost nearing to accomplishment in consumer court.
The nonsensical interaction from the service center may delayed the desired justice .It is beyond doubt that the handset was never met with water as i used it with great care.

On April 2011 i purchased the handset. From June 2011 to 45 days it was under repair in your service centre because of some charging problem.I got proper reply only after a long follow up. Again Nov 2011 the handset again damaged ,they kept it for 3 days and issued a spare enquiery receipt. After 50 days the warranty is rejected because of water damage( as per the NOKIA CARE) . On Feb i approached the court and was going on.I don't know why she offered to replace the spare on MAY 2012 & behaved such a manner. I am in doubt that they need to replace some parts to prove their stand.
