i Bought nokia Lumia 720, a few days back, Since i bought , I had audio issues, vibration problem, and audio jack problem in phone. i did put up a complaint after 3 days of buying the phone.I Have been to service centre four times, and nokia support centre have kept phone for about,5 days and then 20 days, they tried to repair the phone, but were not able to.
the company says that they have repaired the phone, but they have not.
Buying such a high end phone and getting it defective and then getting such poor services, is simple enough to understand, WHY NOKIA SALES ARE GOING DOWN>
Now,as per the company policy,nokia should replace the phone which they are not. They have been continously harassing me. Always say backend team will see, and no result is happening,since 2 months.ALSO DURING THE REPAIR OF THE PHONE, THE PHONE WAS FURTHER DAMAGED.
nokia has poor quality of manufacturing and worst online/email customer support service
P.S. Mr. UMENDRA (EMAIL SPECIALIST) DOES NOT HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
Hi, I am in the exact situation as Mr Umendra is.
I had bought Nokia Lumia 720 in May 2013. And since then I am roaming around the Nokia care for the Loudspeaker issue.
Two times they changed the ringer then third time they kept it for 24 hrs observation and at service centre they are not able to fix it so they have sent it to Nokia Delhi for 10 days.
It came back saying its been repaired. Also there was some physical damage to the phone during this repair process.
After this again I am facing the same issue with my phone and the customer service centre is telling they have sent the issue through email and awaiting response.
I need a complete replacement with new warranty which they have not addressed yet.

I am also facing the same issue and fighting for the replacement of mobile. Really nokia has poor quality of manufacturing and worst online/email customer support service. No any senior contact is provided.
