Nokia India - Nokia leading to its worst in India

Following is my complain against nokia. Which is still unattended and unsolved.


Within 3 months of purchasing lumia 820 for 27000 Rs, it started display crashing problem. I complaint on contactcentre.india@nokia.com with complain no. 1-14241369048. They never revert back except their auto reply. Now problem started increasing. I called on 0********38 at which person guaranteed 102% solution if I soft reset the phone.But brightness started flickering after that. I called again guy told me to hard reset which will resolve problem 200%. Did the same. After that phone didn't start. After travelling 100 Km, At Nokia care I was told inside screen has a slight crack which is out of warranty and it will cost around 5000 bucks. How could it break while I was just using it fine. Also 26000 bucks phone glass could be broken by air. I was so much disappointed and frustrated with Nokia that I left my phone at Nokia Care and asked them do whatever they want. If glass are of so inferior quality they should replace it in warranty. (I can understand that shattered glasses may void warranty but light crack which cant be seen easily will cost to customer. That's insane). I request Nokia to rectify my problem as soon as possible so that my faith in NOKIA remain as it was.

Even after many communication in form of calling their customere care,
urgent follow up request and mails, I haven't got any call from their
back end Team. As per our communication on 24th september, I was asked
to wait for your back end team followup within 72 hours. It has been
more than 720 hours since then. I called your customer care who
arranged a call back next day. But reply was same that you will get a
call as soon as possible. Miffed with drastic change in Nokia service,
here I am writing this mail.
My cell phone is with at Vadodara, Nokia Care center since 22nd
September. Even after 13 days I don't know what to do just because of
their call.
One of my worst experience with Nokia and the support I got, even
after purchasing a high end handset, makes me feel disappointed and
helpless.
