Bangalore City Police - Noise and Nuisance at night time from construction building

There is a construction building making noise at night every night near vars jacaranda doddanekundi. We are unable to sleep due to this. Kindly do the needful and stop the construction at night.

There is a Restaurant called via Milano in koramangala ,4 block, near SONY CENTER.

My self and my wife are senior. Citizens and stay in our own house, which is just at the back of the above restaurant.
We have been in this house for the past 28 years and this restaurant cropped up a few years back.
THE RESTAURANT PUTS AMPLIFIED LOUD MUSIC ,PARTICULARLY ON WEEK ENDS,WHICH GOES ON TILL MIDNIGHT 1
We are not able to sleep. Any no of telephonic complaints, to the koramangala police station had not solved the situation.
