Sun Direct - No Support

Dear Sir/Madam
Am not getting channels as per my plan from past two months & some channels removed getting message Channels moved to new satellite dish retune will be done of free cost, have logged several complaints on sundirect website & sundirect customercare no but there is no response from them. Have personally visited sun direct distributor office to help and resolve the problem.
The distributor has noted the complaint and told they will send the engineer immediately. But still now no one has visited.
Kindly help to resolve the problem.
