Kent RO Systems - NO SERVICE SUPPORT FROM KENT

In spite of my reporting , no one reported from M/s Kent for the repair of my Kent RO . immediate action is requred from Kent as we are suffering with acute shortage of drinking water .

I have purchased Kent RO system ( Kent Grand ) in Rajkot from Prakash hardwares , on 31st August 2011. The RO system is still under warranty period . the system has water leakage problem . The system serial number is KR 110629279. I called for service at the number given as 0120-3075075.
I dialed as per instructions and obtained the number of rajkot representative ********22 , who refused to provide the service at my loacation at

C-25 SWATI PARK 3 , NEAR RANUJA TEMPLE KOTHARIYA ROAD RAJKOT ( contact number ********92 )
