Northern Railway - NO RESPONSE FROM NZM parcel staff & NDLS PARCEL STAFF,MY BIKE NOT TRACEBLE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked my bike on 12/03/2015 from GNT-NZM via-BZA. PARCEL WAY BILL NO: Y 957796.MY BIKE BEARING NUMBER AP07 BW2248.


I hadn't got any response from NZM parcel office and they were saying consult NDLS and I have gone to NDLS and I had'nt trace my bike.It was already 8th day.....I AM REALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WAY THEY APPROACHED ME THEY WERE SIMPLY SAYING GO & SEARCH ON PLATFORMS.I HAD ALREADY PAID 2400 INR FOR MY BIKE PARCEL.IT WAS REALLY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME WITH RAILWAYS.I'M FEDUP WITH THE SERVICES.I AM SEARCHING FOR MY MY BIKE FROM LAST 5 DAYS AS I NEED TO COME FROM GURGAON TO NZM & NDLS FOR MY BIKE.MY EXPENSES WERE AROUND 1700 INR FOR FOUR DAYS TRAVEL BY AUTO,METRO,CAB AT LATE NIGHTS AFTER MY OFFICE WORK.
