koovs.com - No response from KOOVS.com for return of product

I purchased a dress from koovs.com ( Order No. 1200134). But on arrival, found a problem with the fit due to which i emailed the company for a request for return on the 5th of August( the date of arrival). On mailing i received an automatically generated email which assured me that they would get back to me in 24-48hrs with the Reverse pick up ticket number. It has now been 13 days and i have not received any email from then as yet. the exchange of the product is only valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. I have tried calling the customer care number also and wasted my talk time balance being on hold as I am never connected through to an executive. I would appreciate some form of response from the company .
