I purchased reliance big tv dth service of smart card number 200********2 named on ssurjeet singh.it sropped working properly after 5 months .on calling costumer care they promissed of sending an engineer but no one came to fix it up.please take serious action on this issue .smart card no. Of set top box is 200********2 .contact no. ********80.address is c/o ramesh mishra shekhar singh near saraswati school nai basti katni .it is still in warranty and it gives error in televison and doesnt works properly even though recharged.
