I HAD ORDERED ONE DVD PLAYER ON 27/08/09 VIDE ORDER NO.2********283. BUT TILL DATE I AM UNABLE TO GET THE PRODUCT.I HAD CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY GIVE A SIMPLE REPLY\'SIR, IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 2 DAYS\' I AM NOW TIRED OF HEARING IT. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE PRODUCT.
BY THE WAY I REQUEST ALL THE NET USER NOT TO BUY ONLINE THROUGH MOSERBAER HOME VIDEO AND INDIAN PLAZA. THEY ARE THUG AND CHEATING US .

I support this complaint. I also placed an order for boxed set of books with indiaplaza almost 1 1/2 month ago, still have not received the order and their customer care is hopeless.

I support this complaint. I too have the same problem. they have not executed my order and now I am still to get a refund.
