I had a return ticket with kuwait airways from Delhi to London. When i landed back in delhi, I couldn't find one of my checked in strolley bags. The ground staff was very impolite and not of any help. It's been more than 30 days since this incident and i've tried so hard to contact these people but in vain. No sympathy or compensation. I had to waste so much of my time and money on such a company.
