Gulf Air - No Baggage Refund After luggage delayed for 6Days of 4 People

We are a group of 4 people who traveled on the Gulf air flight GF-135 from New Delhi to Bahrain and then on the flight GF-019 from Bahrain to Paris on 14th January,2013/15th January,2013.

t our baggage was lost in transit(10 Nos.)) and we had received it only after 6 days(21-01-2013).During those 6 days we had to face severe hardships as we were without any warm clothes and other necessary stuff. Moreover, being vegetarians we were carrying a lot of food stuff with us that we could not use thus being forced to eat outside food.(I HAVE ATTACHED THE TICKET DETAILS OF ONE OUR PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE DELAYED REPORT.I HAVE ALSO UPLOADED SOME OF THE BAGGAGE IDS ALSO.DUE TO SIZE RESTRICTIONS I CANNOT UPLOAD ALL THE DOCUMENTS)

The support that we received from the airline was nothing short of poor and were left all alone to deal with this uncomfortable situation. I even visited the airline office in 9 Rue de Tehran Paris but it was closed.(I spent 120 euros on the ticket for coming there)

We request a sum of 150 Euros/day/head(3600 Euros) as a token of your respect towards your customers.We had to purchase a lot of items including clothes,food and other general stuff which we otherwise would not have purchased.

I am also a suffered of the same kind of situation, very poor service I request customers not to travel with Gulf Air, really horrible service and horrible customer care
