Sun direct DTH - Never buy Sundirect DTH

Dear folks,
If you are thinking to buy DTH connection,my piece of advice(not only mine, a lot of others. please see other reviews) is that never go for Sun direct. Once you bought it, you are trapped and forget about the money you gave them. Their customer care is really deaf and the worst one I have ever seen in my life.
Here is my painful experience with SUN direct.
I had taken a SUN direct DTH TV connection two months back. Smart card No:41329982049. I could hardly watch my channels for a period of two weeks and there after I was not able see most of the channels as SUN direct has changed to a new satalite. It is shown in the display to contact to the dealer/distributor. When I contacted the dealer (M/s Vinay electricals, Ramamurthi Nagar- Bangalore) ,he simply refused to hear anything and supplied me 2 local phone numbers to contact with. I kept on calling to those numbers for more than three days but was no respose. When I called the dealer again he shoulted at me that he did not have any relation with Sundirect and asked me to sue against the company and abruptly disconnected the phone. I was shocked at his response.Then I managed to get the sundirect customer care number and an online complaint submission portal. I submitted a complaint one month back but still I did not get any response. I tried to call their 24 hours customer care number in Bangalore (080 39407575) only to see that it was always busy. At last I had to set up an alarm 2 "O" clock in the morinig to call to the customer care. By this way I contacted them 13 times upto this time when I am writing this review. Whenever I call them,they promise me that they will send one technician within two days to do the dish adjustment and my problem will be rectified soon.I was even ready to pay for his visit, eventhough the company say it is free of cost. Last time when I called to the customer care I sticked on registering a complaint rather than giving me the "usual useless" promises. This time he gave me a complaint number too(110********) and as all the time before promised me that your complaint will be addressed within 48 hours. But still nobody came here or atleast show a courtesy to call me back.
Now,when I enquird with my friends and searched in google, I found that mine is not an isolated case and a lot of people are cheated by this reckless company.
I spent my hard earned money, wasted my time to keep on calling the customer care,disrupted sleeping to get a customer care executive on the phone and above all foolishly waited for a never given service.
I am almost lost and about to leave this connection and go for another service.
