RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LIMITED GSM - Net disconnecting every one hour

Dear sir,
I am Dilip Kumar from Andhra Pradesh, Mobile No:9014798361. Am using internet on PC through Mobile using reliance. The browsing, connection and everything was fine but the connection will be automatically disconnecting per every one hour. Whenever am downloading large files they are stops in middle because of this problem, i need to download that file from begin but there is no hope is it complete successful. I just wanted to recharge 178 pack on my mobile but if this problem persists i may want to go other operator. But i still prefer Reliance for internet why because good speed and packs. This problem has happen not only this number previously am used 736503974 for net on this also i faced same problem. But i didn't get this problem on other operators like IDEA and Docomo. For this issue so many times i called to the customer care(198), but they are useless.

same problem, for me also. this is santhosh from Narsapur, Medak. ph. 7569434575. Net automatically disconnecting for every one hour. please solve this issue as soon as possible.. thank you.
