DEAR SIR,

I HAD ORDERED A NOKIA MOBILE ON 10TH SEPTEMBER 2013 FROM WWW.CHIPKART.COM ORDER 7412 THEY ARE NEITHER DELIVERING THE PRODUCT NOR GIVING ME THE REFUND. WHEN EVER I CALL CUSTOMER CARE NO THEY ARE SAYING WE WILL CALL U BACK AND DISCONNECT THE LINE.
