I am not sure if this is the right forum to raise this complaint, but I need someone to help me as I am cornered in my locality, though there is no issue with my landlord my neighbours are creating nuisance and damaging my car. The problem started with car parking, neighbour is an auto driver and he encroach into my allocated car parking and he and his wife started abusing me, I had to fight in the street alone and now situations are getting worse, they started scratching my car's windshield. Please help me or direct me where I should complaint in this regard I can furnish more details. Thanks, Aravind.
