i Major abhimanyu cheba, an army officer presently staying in coonoor, Tamil nadu is extremely pained and grieved by the poor response of IFB in coimbatore.I own a IFb front loading fully automatic washing machine and it has been lying unserviceable for the past 2 months beacuse your dealers or service providers in coimbatore can not manage a part to repair it. My wife and me have atleast have spoken to your customer care atleast 20 times who seem to be equally helpless. I am forced to write to you hoping to get a quick response. i am sure in India all companies want buisness and not show such poor customer care. I even tries calling Mr Nanda from coimbatore/ooty his cell number is ********03. I have checked on the net there are numerous other complaints against him. Please respond, my contact number is ********37, 04232200573, ********48. Please reply to a soldier who deserves some respect and help.
