ShopClues - Need Refund / Replacement or resolve the defects as per 1 Year seller warranty

Hello,

I had purchased Samsung Television online on shopclues, They mentioned me delivery time somewhere at 20th Oct. but I received it on 5th October,
But as my home decoration was going on and some home shifting was in place. I had opened TV packing on 23rd Oct, when I opened and connected / installed TV I found 4 defects
1. TV Body fitting is not proper, it has open space at the top which is throwing hard LED light (Not good for eyes)
2. Screen has dark black spot at the top nearby wrong body fitting.
3. Screen has around 30-40 horizontal black lines.
4. Screen had 2 vertical lines of green color; fortunately one line disappeared in next 2 days.
Now they say my fault was I didn’t open the TV as soon it was delivered due to my home decoration and shifting. They have 10 day return policy, but what to tell shopclues if they have so many defects in single product, and those are not physical defects but technical defects. There is no physical damage anywhere. It is not making sense to prove that the defects are not because I opened TV 7/8 days late but those are technical issues, which are much clear from the photos that I shared.
When I opened many complaints to shopclues customer support team, they are just not worth to resolve the issue. I also shared product photos to show the proof. All my tickets are closed with no proper answer.
The main thing is they are ignoring the issue, I called them almost every day since 23rd October & spent my 500 rupees extra to tell them the issue everytime, they just answer “Sir issue will be resolved in 48 hours”/ Not a single call back they did to me even I requested them many times.
1) IF They cannot replace / refund my product. THEY SHOULD ATLEAST RESOLVE THE ISSUE UNDER 1 Year seller warranty but they are just ignoring.
2) Shopclues has cluebuck policy where they give points of 2% order value. My cluebucks also rejected even I had a screen message that you will get 2% cluebucks (Around 400+ rupees) (For the same order 3 months ago, I received cluebucks successfully, but same order has no sense to reject it)

I really need help on this, because I am literally fed up to shopclues. I even contacted shopclues Owner on facebook, I messaged my problem but he is just a silent like their idle customer support team

Please help me to resolve issues of my TV, either by refund/replacement/ warranty cover. Product is also not good for health when it throws dark light from open portion of TV , this comes under right to safety under hazardous product act
