Naaptol - Naaptol Fraud

I got cheated with an offer from naaptol.com. I purchased a combo offer of car stereo with watch and 4 GB pen drive for 2000 + courier charges. I received the product on 23rd Aug. I went to garage next day to install it and came to know that it is not working. I tried 3 different places and they all said it is not working. Also, I came to now from shopkeepers that these are cheap Chinese products which hardly cost 1000 rs. I registered complain with naaptol.com on the same day (24th Aug – Complain No: 4930734) to take the product back and refund my money. They asked me to send it back through Blue Dart. I went to Blue Dart with the package.

Blue Dart is asking for a copy of Invoice to accept the parcel. I did not receive one from naaptol.com so I called them back and requested one. I am getting the same answer from last 1 week that you would get it in 24 hrs. I still don’t have it.

As a consumer I think it is my right to get invoice for the product I purchased.
