I had joined a policy under samridhi plus wef mar 2011. My policy no. is 4******** and the agent no. is 0006549D of kakching branch , Manipur. since the start of the policy i have been paying my premium regularly within the due date to my agent. recently i come to know through a discontinuance notice from the branch manager that my premiums had never reached to the company within the due date and it has been utilised by my agent for his personal needs and in one of the case he had not paid the premium for one quarter of the year. as my work place is far from the agents residence i discussed the problems with him through phone many a times which he never pay heed to it. at this end iam having a very crucial time as the policy is in vogue for more than one year. i humbly request you to counselled the agent through some strict procedures at your end. for such act of yours i will be very grateful to you . anticipating your reply eagerly.
