i am purchased my HCL laptop on sep 2010, but the bty backup of my laptop is very low. after fully charge the backup is 30 to 45 minutes. so i want a solution for this problem and please guide me for the nearest hcl care for repair.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund.
