svcc - My hard disk is not working after replacement

We sent the hard disk on February 20 and it reached us on March 12th however we sent to respected service center and the replaced it. Even after replacement we did not get any change and it is not opening even now. The same complaint is repeated
So we need a speedy recovery it took lot of time when we sent hard disk for the first time we hope that should not repeat again that is we will send the hard disk again so that it should reach us with in one week after replacement
reply as soon as possible the hard disk is important for us.
