i am a genuine vodafone user and my number is ********20. I had recharged twice yesterday ie, 30-1-15. for rs. 150 full TT twice and then i had activated my 199 net pack. They credited 98 net pack in addition to 199 net pack and cancelled the 98 net pack. so, i referred it to the customer care and they replied in a lethargic manner that it is my fault and not theirs. i am a college student pursuing law. i have only fixed monthly recharge, so if u do such injustice to your customers. where are we suppose to go and complain. i have done mobile portability from docomo to vodafone for the valuable services provided by you. If we dont receive proper solution to this. what are we to do?

Yup!!!!!!! I support such a stupid customer service as well as no proper response.. Doing a recharge is a big fault even they deducted the amt...As Even I faced the same issue...........
