Dear Sir,
As suggested in last year railway Budget, The train 12929/12930 Valsad Vadodra Intercity s/f express is extended to Dahod. So now it runs between Valsad and Dahod as superfast intercity express train. MST holders are permitted to travel by this train in FC and II. This train is fully unreserved.
Now as per raiway rules and act, those trains whose total journey from origin to destination is more than 325 kms, MST holders have to pay s/f surcharge. But This train's total joourney in one direction is more than 325 kms after extending to Dahod. More over when this train arrives at Vadodara in the evening MST holders are cornering the seats before it stops at platform.
Now my questions are:
1. On what bases this MST holders are permitted to travel by this s/f train?
2. As per law and rule, this are unauthorised passengers. Why do they allow to corner seats in this train?
Please reply or cancel its extensiion.
As summer vacation is going on this is more frustating momments for ticket holders like ladies and senior citizens.

please advise us to travel in super-fast tra in with MST. we are regularly travel by train between surendranagar to rajkot but super fast train is not allow to travel in the same so requested you to please advies us to travel the same. we are also ready to pay super fast any charges if any applicable

TO FACITILATE MST HOLDER TO TRVAVEL BY SF TRAIM AN ADDITIONAL SC AS APPLICABE MAY BE CHARGE.
AND ALLOW THEM TO TRAVEL IN GENRRAL COACH ONLY.
WITH STRICT RULE NOT TO ENTER IN SLEEPER COACH ELSE FINE SHALL BE APPLICABLE.
