I was purcharge Mr Light 2100. new one is not charging. But the above customer care not responding. Please guide me to solve the same.

The same happened for me also. I purchased 2115_1 n 2115-2 from lulu Kwt. Now the charger is not working.

I am purchased Mr. Light Model A6 from LULU Oman. I was believed the quality so I didn't test it from shopping centre. when I reached Kannur and tested the torch it is not working. I contacted the service centre and they told me to courier the torch to them. So my advice is whenever purchase the same item, test it from the shop.
