MOST UN SATISFACTORY SERVICE T RELIANCE FRESH NAGOLE HYDERABAD

It seems your staff/ managers NEVER TRY to improve themselves and their CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.On 27AN,2018 at 12 noon NONE of the managers MR.SIMHACHALAM/ PURNACHANDER were available in the store.I had made purchases for RS 727.10 Tax invoice 2107109018603125 and most of the adertised ITEMS were not there. (Especially GOODLIFE BADAM 500 gm(Rs 349/-).I called SIMHACHALAM (7331124538) to callback when they are available WHICH HE DID NOT care to respond until I called back now today @ 12.20pm. He was UNCOOPERATIVE and REFUSED to deliver. when tried to contact MR VENUGOPAL REDDY , AREA MANGER(9848171200) he was unavailable.

I expect PROMPT & customer friendly service. Resolution of the grievance as your action amounts to DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE & UN FAIR TRADE PRACTICE with Advertisement to mislead customers as per CP Act 1986.and I may mark a copy to Alt. Consumer forum and post on Intl. consumer complaints if NOT withid 48 hours.
