Sir/Madam, I travel by train with monthly ticket long years. I pay monthly ticket fees at Sealdah Station Ticket Counter. The Counterman told me last year "Railway Identity Card is not allowed, Voter Card Xerox is allowed for ticket (monthly) purchase. So, I Voter Card xerox with monthly ticket near me for travel. Yesterday, I went Dum Dum Station for Ticket(monthly) purchase, but the counterman is not give my monthly ticket, they said "without Railway Identity Card is not allowed for ticket purchase". I purchase today monthly ticket with Voter Card Xerox from Sealdah Rly. Ticket Counter. So, Why is the difference rules at Dum Dum Jn. & Sealdah Station Ticket Counter ? Please help me as early as possible.
