PATAN CHERU - Monthly pension not getting to my father

My father Name is P.Mohan Reddy, and ins.id no. is 629844. he is not getting monthly pension on time. he is a physically handicaped person 100%.
Monthly i enquiring in the local office, they told that pension will be deposited to my father account. but it will not deposited. every monthly we facing this problem.
total 3 months payment is pending for us. please do the needful ASAP.
