Yesterday(15/1/2017) I had booked 2 tickets from Vasco Da Gama to SBC Bangalore at 11:45 pm. I gave all my details paid via my debit card and then after paying it said some error and said that no transaction can be done between 11:45 and 00:20.The ticket was not booked then. So I had the tried in the morning and got it done at 8:47 a,m. I got a message that Rs 595 was deducted along with the train ticket message on the mobile at 8:47 am. Then I got another message at 11:43 am that Rs 595 got deducted. Why has my money been debited twice for the same tickets?
I have tried to call Customer Care so many times but it was useless. All time the line is busy and when it gets through no one is picking up.
