My phone( Samsung Grand mega- 9152) was damaged and I logged a request with V care and they arranged for my handset to be picked from my home on 9th may

I was given a receipt with Orien serial no #17846 which has been issued by Orion Teleservices. and was told that my phone would be repaired and given back to me within 7-14 working days. V care serial no is 33056 & last 5 digit of IMEI no are : 65499

It is now more than a month and Vcarepack (orion teleservices) are not giving my phone back.

I have tried calling their contact center many times but was always told that I would get phone in 3-4 days time.,

Behavior of V care call center is not OK & team is very rude . most of time they just disconnect the phone . , there is no point of taking their services

Pls help me to get my phone back & suggest how i can take it forward & log the complaint in court.
