I purchased a book worth rs 2100/- through mobikwik wallet. The transaction failed but money was deducted from my bank. Purchase date-17th july. Mobikwik customer care people are not responding at all. I logged a complaint on their site also but they just keep saying they are looking into it. Ticket no:3046550
