ICICI Bank Limited - Misuse of Credit card

My name is Aakriti Jha and I  m an ICICI Credit card holder. On 14th April at 8:50pm an online transaction has been done against my Card of Rs 19,393 against Make my trip.But I  haven’t done any transaction.As I do not not carrying my card with me always.I keep it at my home and I haven’t share any of the details about my card with anyone. I haven’t use it for last one year.Please check the scanned copy of letter.My Service Request number of this transaction is 173978108  After confirming at Customer care they told me to register again as my number is not contactable so the updated one is SR 173978379.
 Please do the needful as soon as possible as  someone has done fraud transaction against my card.
 My name is on card Is A Jha and my card number is 4477 4669 1037 7018 of ICICI BANK and contact number is 9873603832.
 I Would  Request you to help me in that case as mentally and physically i m very tensed due to this, and by doing follow up with the ICICI BANK and Make My Trip (Merchant) against which the transaction has been done

ICICI Cards or Any other cards if Misused in any unauthorized person can be reversed the process is called "Chargeback" , just ask ICICI card customer care to chargeback the transaction and reverse the transaction if it is not authorized.
