AD tech b.v. fx rates - Misusage of Citibank Credit Card

Hello team

This is deepak kapoor. Today i received the following message-

125.42 AUD was spent on your Citi Credit Card ending 5546XXXXXXXX0819 on 19-SEP-17 at Ad Tech B.V. FX rates and charges as per T&Cs. Your available credit limit now is Rs. 42,612.55. View all your card details instantly, with Citi Mobile. Click http://citi.asia/INMBOLCCD to download.

I haven't swipped my card any where or outside country still the amount is deducted.

I spoke to citibank cce and blocked my card.

If i have not used my card how come the amount is deducted which is a big concern to me. Is my card not secure or citibank has some loopholes. Because i have checked online there were few more like me who have faced the same issue.

I dont want this transaction added to my account and i am not going to pay this.

I got similar message just now. On calling emergency number , CITI bank official blocked my card. Loophole specific to CITI bank cards. Just wondering if I should stop CITI card forever.

Even I have got the same message.My card no. Starts with 5546.I went ahead and blocked my card.

I received the same message same time. I called Citibank and blocked my card. I am surprised to see this transaction. Now wondering weather to use card or not ever.
