DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED GRAND I-10 SPORTZ FROM UNION HYUNDAI (JAMSHEDPUR) ON 7 MAY 2014 MODEL 2014 CHASSIS NO -072443*A,ENGINE NO 225045.WHEN THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WANTS TO SELL THE CAR THEY CALL UP EVEY DAY IN MORNING AND NIGHT AND ONCE WE HAVE PURCHASED THE CAR THE AFTER SALE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS JUST OUT OF STANDARD. THEY PROMISED US TO GIVE SEAT COVERS AND TOLD OUR REPRESENTATIVE WILL COME AT HOME AND FIX THEM UP IN A WEEK .BUT TILL NOW NOBODY HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE TO FIX THE COVERS WHEN WE CALL THEM UP THEY SAY THAT AFTER ELECTION THEY WILL ARRANGE THE SAME BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE WE HAVE CALLED THEM UP SO MANY TIMES THEY SAY SIR WE WILL SEND IN MORNING IN EVENING IN AFTERNOON BUT TILL NOW NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE .I M SORRY TO SAY THAT THE SERVICES OFFERED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE JUST BELOW STANDARD I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PUYRCHASE CAR FROM UNIN HYUNDAI JAMSHEDPUR THEY ARE JUST HORRIBLE..........
