It is to bring to your kind notice that I have paid the full balance out standing amount at Hayes Centre branch and my loan account has been processed for closure on 29th Aug 2018.

I have received the receipt letter received from LIC Housing Finance Limited, Hayes Centre, Bangalore-560025 dt: 29/08/2018 with the original documents below
1. Original Sale Agreement Dt: 22/03/2004 [in f/o Sri Srinath. R, Smt Rama Srinath]
2. Original Sale Agreement Dt :06/02/1997 [in f/o Sarala Ravishankar]
3. Original Receipts No.1
4. Original Sale Deed No.3115/2004-05 Dt:07/05/2004 [in f/o Mr Srinath. R, M/s Rama Srinath]
5. Original Construction Agreement Dt: 06/02/1997
6. Original EC No.1

However, I have not received the below original document as per the list of documents lodged with LIC Housing Finance Limited, Hayes Centre, Bangalore 560025, dt: 11/06/2004
7. Original Sale Deed Dt: 30/07/1997 [in f/o Dr Sarala Ravishankar]

Please note I have requested for LOD & Xerox earlier Dt: 18.09.2015 and have paid the fees of 1140/- with receipt no.642931 Dt 18.09.2015. I have got the all the xerox copies as stated in Point 1,2,3,4,5,6 and more importantly point 7[Original Sale Deed Dt: 30/07/1997 [in f/o Dr Sarala Ravishankar] as well from LIC Housing Finance Limited, Hayes Centre, Bangalore-560025

Kindly note I need my original Sale Deed document Dt: 30/07/1997 as stated in Point 7 immediately. Please do the needful to release my Original Document as early as possible.
