1. Following items taken from Home but not delivered:-
a. Juicer, mixer and grinder was in a cartoon, cartoon delivered without it.
b. Filer of RO
2. Following items was delivered dented & damaged:-
a. Fridge
b. Center table
c. Gezer
d. Almirah
e. Broken wallclocks
d. Washing machine
3. Overcharged as compared to quote (Insurance company paid of Rs. 776 & chareged me 4500, quote was of Rs. 16000 +18% GST+ Ins which comes to Rs. 21000 but charged bill Rs. 31000/-
4. Misbehaved at phone, threatend that your area SHO is my friend.
Now not responding.
They should remove Delhi infront of their agency, they are runing its name. Submit all lost or file a insurance claim.
Complainant's Goal: Lost material should be delivered, broken things should be corrected
