i have called to customer care no due to some transaction issue..
at last the customer care executive has told me about an offer on my account
They have offer a life time free platinum debit card . so i have closed my old debit card and apply for the new one.
thru that executive only.. she had applied for me... on that time only..

now on 28/12/2017 hdfc bank has debited 885rs from my account..
behalf of issuing new card..
which has not to be done...
so today i have hot listed my debit card...
and complain on customer care executive about this but they are not refund my amount...
but they have taken my complain regard this issue

Please help me to get my money back
