Naaptol - misbehaviour and not ready to refund

Hi Sir/Mam,

i have purcahsed a product for an amount of Rs.1398 including courier, but wheras in the product was of bad quality and was not upto the standard as ot looked. So i had decided to return the product just after receiving the product within 10 min of the rceival of the product.
But they are giving me the voucher but not returning the amount back. Wheras in i want the money back. As i wont like to shop with them again.
