I have booked a MST arount 8.00 am on 18/11/2011 from Durg railway station counter no. 4. The staff at counter misbehaving with me. He is first not ready to give ticket. But when requested misbehaved with me and started shouting on me. This type of staff at counter is creating difficulties for customer. His work is very slow. He and all staff at counter not worn ID card. I asked his name and again he started shouting. I requested complain book but denied. Then I went to Station Manager. He also denied to provide complain book and directed me to ticket counter. No one at ticket counter provided me complain book where I register my complain. My ticket no. is 50324339 and 50324340. The cost of ticket is Rs. 295.00 but they have taken Rs. 300.00 from me. Similarly they are not refunding the amount to other customer on regular basis. We want suitable action from railway Deptt. against such employee. I have following suggestion :
1. Take suitable action against such employee.
2. Every employee should wear ID card. Make it mandatory.
3. Railway staff asking many question and harrassing customer when customer demand Complain book. Make it easily available to customer.
