Dear Sir

I am Sohan Singh Low graduate,M Phil Journalism now working in MNC.I went to Faridkot from Bathinda 15 October 2011.

I was too late ,I took ticket from window and rush to platform when I reached the platform then train was running to speed but I was emergency because next train was after 4 hours.Then I was middle of train so I caught sleeper coach after five minutes TC came in coach I told him. I was emergency I have general tickets please convert it reserve seat but he was very crucial person ,he spoke me ruff words and demand me 300 rupees but I request them I have ticket you can issue me reserve ticket but He was very rubbish person,He has not sense to speaking.

Then I paid money but I very angry such behave that person,I demand railway my fine refund me and required punishment should be must him.Perhaps how my people pay daily such person, thins is uncommon behave and not able to..........

I am sending you ticket and fine slip.
