Online payment made upfront
While the company says that they need time to fulfill an order since they have to source it from Hongkong, it does not imply that they will not deliver it at all. They made me pay for my order and delivered just one(the lowest cost product). No response to any messages or calls. It has been nearly 2 months and my order is not yet delivered completely.
They have a policy which says that customer can evoke a return of money if order is not delivered within 30 days, but there is no option to evoke that? A customer can do that only if the company replies to messages or answers customer service calls.
Serious legal action should be taken against such onliine fraudsters
